What It Entails
Outside Rooms, Built Like Inside Ones
A deck is a floor that lives in the rain. We over-engineer the parts you never see — helical piers or deep concrete footings, ventilated joist bays, hidden stainless fixings — so the part you do see stays flat and splinter-free for decades.
Choose warm cedar, rich ipe-style hardwoods or low-maintenance composites framed in timber. Pergolas, privacy screens, planters and lighting turn the platform into a place you will use from April to October.

Cedar is warm, light and honest; hardwoods are denser and longer-lived; composites are nearly maintenance-free. We show samples in your actual garden light and price all three.
Most ground-level decks fall under permitted development. Raised platforms and garden rooms can need approval — we handle drawings and the application for you.
Quality timber decks typically run $85–$140 per square foot installed; pergolas from $3,200. Every quote is fixed and itemized.
