Timber choice drives most of the difference — white oak costs multiples of pine, and walnut more again. Size, joinery complexity and finish round out the quote. We always show you the breakdown.
No. Site visits, sketches and fixed quotes are free within our service area. If a design needs detailed drawings before you commit, we agree a small design fee that comes off the final price.
A 40% deposit books your slot and covers timber. A further 30% falls due when we start building, and the balance on installation day — only when you are happy.
Yes — five years on joinery and structure for interior work, three years on exterior builds with our care schedule. If a joint we made ever fails in normal use, we fix it free.
